Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Knolu's warehouse management platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Knolu provides a visual warehouse operating system that enables businesses to manage pallet locations, track inventory movement, and coordinate warehouse operations in real time. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each warehouse is issued a unique join code. You must not share access credentials outside of authorized personnel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it.
4. Data and Privacy
Your warehouse data — including pallet records, movement history, and user accounts — belongs to you. Knolu processes this data solely to provide the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Knolu reserves the right to suspend access for accounts with outstanding balances after reasonable notice.
6. Availability and Uptime
Knolu uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. However, the Service is provided "as is" and Knolu does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knolu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
Knolu may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
